Are tuition fee's value increasing?

Yes or no? Yay or nay? These are the answers to many questions today however, these simplistic answers cannot be accepted if we are looking to answer this question due to the fact that their are pro's and con's to the metoric rise in tution fee's and the knock on effect that they will have to the value of a degree in society today.
